It is said that the nigger had the good fortune to win a large sum of money in a betting shop. As might be expected, he immediately moved from the squalid shack where he had been living until then, buying, for an inflated price, a large mansion in the most rich part of the city. His presence was a real novelty for his then neighbors. However, it soon became a nightmare when it started to bother the locals, since the nigger was devoid of manners and good behavior and did not distinguish between the hours of rest and that of celebration. By virtue of his new richness, he did not learn, and considered any hour as suitable for celebration.
One morning like any other, the nigger went to get the newspaper from his door, and when he came out, he noticed that his wall had been defaced. Directly on its white, well-finished surface, these words could be read: "HERE LIVES THE NIGGER." With a weak intellect but quick perception, the nigger correctly understood the inconvenience that his way of life brought to the neighborhood, and how uncomfortable his presence was to others. But as is his nature, he did not even consider any change in his behavior.
Aiming to accept the "challenge" of his opponents, he returned to the house and brought paint and a brush, writing right below the vandalism a response that was visible to the author of the original "work": "BUT HE IS RICH."
